Our purpose
Aquaproof Building Consultants (ABC) is a specialized exterior building envelope consulting firm focused on the assessment, investigation, and documentation of commercial building exteriors. We provide comprehensive, hands-on evaluations of façade systems to help owners, property managers, and design teams understand existing conditions, identify vulnerabilities, and make informed decisions about repairs and capital planning.
As a sister company to HighRise Repair, ABC was formed to bridge the gap between observation and execution. Our team brings deep field experience, constructability insight, and practical knowledge gained from years of performing complex exterior repairs on high-rise and specialty structures. This perspective allows us to deliver assessments that are not only technically sound, but also realistic and actionable.
Our Approach
We primarily utilize rope access methods to perform close-up, non-invasive inspections of building envelopes. This approach allows us to safely access difficult or hard-to-reach areas with minimal disruption to building operations, occupants, and surrounding property. Rope access also enables a level of detail and accuracy that cannot be achieved through binocular surveys or limited lift access alone.
